Does what it says on the tin
You make the content. I'll close it.
You focus on building the offer and creating content. I handle the conversations that come off the back of it, qualifying the leads, booking the right people in, and taking the sales calls.
If I've messaged you and you're checking who I am, this is the whole picture. No pitch deck behind it.
Get in touchHow I work
Commission only. No retainers. No upfront fees.
If I don't perform, I don't get paid.
- Trial period first, usually 2 to 4 weeks, so neither of us is guessing.
- Clear targets set before we start. Booked calls, show rates, close rates. Written down.
- Everything tracked in your CRM, not mine. Your data stays yours.
What I do
Two jobs. Both simple to explain.
Setting
I run the DMs and enquiries coming off your content. I qualify the people who are actually serious, answer the early questions, and book the right ones onto your calendar. The tyre kickers don't get through.
Closing
I take the sales calls. I don't hard close people. I work out whether your programme genuinely fits them. If it does, I help them buy. If it doesn't, I'll tell them. That's how your refund rate stays low.
Who this is for
Offers that actually deliver for the buyer.
Course and coaching businesses with real fulfilment behind them. Live calls, community, feedback, accountability. Students with results you can point at. If someone buys and does the work, they get what they paid for.
What I won't sell
- Anything promising income with no work behind it
- Get rich quick offers dressed up as education
- Programmes with no real support after the card is charged
- Anything I wouldn't be comfortable selling to a mate
If that rules your offer out, we won't be a fit, and it's better we both know now.
Background
This isn't a side hustle guess. Sales conversations are my day job.
I founded Manning Leads, an outbound agency helping UK and US software companies generate sales conversations through highly personalised cold outreach. That's what I do every day: qualify prospects, have real conversations, and turn them into booked meetings. The skill is the same here. Just a different kind of conversation.
I'm from the UK, based in Vietnam. That works better than it sounds. US evening call slots are my morning, so I take them fresh, not at the end of a long day.
Track record
Not a theory. An actual day job.
- Founder of Manning Leads, an outbound sales agency
- Daily sales conversations with founders and business owners
- Experience qualifying and booking across UK and US markets
- Built the business from scratch, no investors, no shortcuts
Get in touch
If this sounds relevant, let's talk it through.
No pitch, no pressure. A straightforward conversation about your offer, your lead flow, and whether it makes sense for me to take some of it on.
